EXCHANGES & RETURNS

No Returns or Refunds - All sales of Tres Care products are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, except as required by Indian law (e.g., for defective or incorrect products). Exceptions (per Consumer Protection Act, 2019)

At the time of delivery, record a continuous, unedited video while unboxing the parcel, clearly showing the condition of the product and packaging.

Submit the video evidence along with a detailed description of the issue to our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery.

Please do not ship the product to the manufacturer’s address (unless advised).

Contact us at info@veeekayindia.in within 24 hrs of delivery with proof.

 We will verify the issue and, at our discretion, provide a replacement (limited to the original purchase price). Shipping costs for replacements are borne by Tres Care.

Replacements will only be processed if the above conditions are met. No returns or claims will be accepted under any circumstances after 24 hours from the time of delivery. We reserve the right to deny claims without proper video evidence or if reported beyond the 24-hour period.

Non-Delivery – If a product is not delivered within the estimated delivery time, notify us within 30 days from the order date. We may reship or refund at our discretion after verification.

Allergic Reactions – Increased sensitivity or allergic reactions are not considered product defects. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists before purchase. Consult a dermatologist if you have sensitive skin.

Clear Disclosure – This no-refund policy is prominently displayed at checkout and on our website. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

 E-Commerce Platforms – Purchases through third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon) are subject to Tres Care’s no-refund policy unless the platform’s return policy, mandated by law, applies.
