By accessing or purchasing products through our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (T&Cs). These T&Cs govern the sale and use of Tres Care skincare products. We reserve the right to update these T&Cs, with changes posted on our website. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised T&Cs.
1) Product Purchases:
• Eligibility - You must be at least 18 years old to purchase Tres Care products; we prefer adult orders and do not want any orders for teenagers.
• Descriptions- We strive to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices on our website and e-commerce platforms are accurate. However, we are not liable for minor errors (e.g., colour variations due to screen displays). Products are subject to availability.
• Pricing- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of taxes & shipping unless specified. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.
• Orders- Orders are subject to acceptance. Tres Care may cancel or refuse orders due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
• Payment- Payments are processed securely through authorised payment gateways. You confirm that the payment details provided are accurate and authorised.
2) No-Refund Policy:
No Returns or Refunds- All sales of Tres Care products are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, except as required by Indian law (e.g., for defective or incorrect products). Exceptions (per Consumer Protection Act, 2019)
At the time of delivery, record a continuous, unedited video while unboxing the parcel, clearly showing the condition of the product and packaging.
Submit the video evidence along with a detailed description of the issue to our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery.
Please do not ship the product to the manufacturer’s address (unless advised).
Contact us at info@veeekayindia.in within 24 hrs of delivery with proof.
We will verify the issue and, at our discretion, provide a replacement (limited to the original purchase price). Shipping costs for replacements are borne by Tres Care.
Replacements will only be processed if the above conditions are met. No returns or claims will be accepted under any circumstances after 24 hours from the time of delivery. We reserve the right to deny claims without proper video evidence or if reported beyond the 24-hour period.
• Non-Delivery - If a product is not delivered within the estimated delivery time, notify us within 30 days from the order date. We may reship or refund at our discretion after verification.
• Allergic Reactions- Increased sensitivity or allergic reactions are not considered product defects. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists before purchase. Consult a dermatologist if you have sensitive skin.
• Clear Disclosure- This no-refund policy is prominently displayed at checkout and on our website. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
• E-Commerce Platforms- Purchases through third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon) are subject to Tres Care’s no-refund policy unless the platform’s return policy, mandated by law, applies.
3) Shipping and Delivery:
• Shipping- We ship across India via trusted courier partners. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, holidays).
• Lost Orders- If an order is not delivered within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us for resolution. We may reship or refund after verification.
• Refused Deliveries- Refused deliveries are not eligible for refunds. Customers may incur additional shipping fees for redelivery.
• Customs/Taxes- For domestic orders, applicable GST is added at checkout. Customers are responsible for any additional local taxes.
4) Product Use and Liability:
• Usage- Tres Care products are for personal, external use only. Follow instructions and warnings on packaging or on our website. Perform a patch test before full application.
• Liability- Tres Care is not liable for adverse reactions, misuse, or failure to follow instructions. Consult a healthcare professional before using if you have sensitive skin or medical conditions.
• Ingredients- Full ingredient lists are provided on product packaging and our website, in compliance with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940. We are not responsible for supplier-driven formulation changes.
• Claims- Tres Care products are cosmetics, not drugs. We do not claim to treat or cure medical conditions. Any benefits described are based on general cosmetic effects.
5) Offline Distribution (Future Provisions):
If Tres Care expands to offline distribution—
• Retailers/distributors must be authorised by Tres Care in writing.
• Retailers must display our no-refund policy clearly at the point of sale.
• Products must be sold unopened, with original packaging and seals intact, per Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011.
• Retailers must adhere to Tres Care’s branding guidelines and storage conditions to maintain product quality.
• Retailers are responsible for handling customer complaints in line with these T&Cs and Indian consumer laws.
• Unauthorised sales or false claims (e.g., unverified therapeutic benefits) are prohibited.
6) Intellectual Property:
All content, including logos, product names, images, videos, and website design, is the property of Tres Care. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
7) Consumer Complaints and Dispute Resolution:

8) Force Majeure:
Tres Care is not liable for delays or failures to perform due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions).
NOTE: Kindly note that Tres Care order takes 10 to 11 days for an international card to settle in a bank account via Razorpay.
